I have had a C-Section. Is it safe to exercise?
Yes, but only the right exercises. Standard gym crunches can cause injury. We design specific “Scar-Safe” core protocols that protect your incision site while strengthening your belly.
Will lifting weights make me look bulky?
Negative. Women do not have enough testosterone to get bulky naturally. Resistance training will only make you look toned and burn fat faster.
Can you help with urine leakage (incontinence)?
Yes. This is often due to a weak pelvic floor. We teach specialized medical exercises (beyond just Kegels) to fix this embarrassing but common issue.
