Yes. Inactivity makes arthritis worse. We design “Non-Weight Bearing” exercises (sitting/lying down) that strengthen muscles around the knee to reduce pain.
I live in the US, but my parents are in Patna. How can I monitor?
We act as your local medical eyes. You can join our video consultations, and we provide you with a monthly “Mobility Report” on their progress.
Is it safe to exercise at 75+?
